VHOLUME System Requirements
The developers publish only a minimum spec for VHOLUME — there is no official recommended tier. The game runs on Unreal Engine 5, so headroom above the minimum mostly buys you higher resolution and steadier frame times.
| Minimum (official) | |
|---|---|
| OS | 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1903 or newer) |
| Processor | Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 |
| Memory | 4 GB RAM |
| Graphics | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon R7 370 |
| Storage | 10 GB available space |
Engine & Tech Notes
- Engine: Unreal Engine 5 (per PCGamingWiki). Searches for a custom "VHOLUME engine" come up because of the game's distinctive look — it is UE5 with a heavily stylized art direction, not an in-house engine.
- Config files: settings live in
%LOCALAPPDATA%\VHOLUME\Saved\Config\Windows— useful for tweaks the menu does not expose, like fully disabling motion blur (see the controls & settings guide). - Platform: Windows only (64-bit Windows 10 1903 or newer). No macOS or Linux build; no console versions announced.
Steam Deck: the game is Windows-only and has no official Deck verification note on its store page as of August 2026; the full controller support and 'Playable without Timed Input' accessibility flag are good signs, but treat Deck play as untested.
